Associate Software Development Engineer in Test (Hybrid - Acton, MA)

Position Overview We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Associate Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) to join our DevOps, Tools & Automation team. This entry-level role is ideal for someone eager to grow in the field of test automation and software development, with a strong focus on Python-based development. You will help design, implement, and maintain automated test frameworks and tools that ensure the reliability and performance of our software systems. Responsibilities Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Python for backend services, APIs, and web applications. Build reusable Python modules and utilities to support test automation. Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, and DevOps to integrate automated testing into Jenkins pipelines. Execute test plans, analyze results, and report defects with clear documentation. Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving test coverage and reliability. Travel is estimated at 5% but will flex depending on business needs.
