What You'll Do
- Learn and apply our sales process to consistently hit targets.
- Partner with the Sales Manager to carry out strategies and meet company goals.
- You will be given and expected to generate leads, build client relationships, and close sales.
- Prepare accurate estimates and pricing for customers.
- Manage your sales pipeline from first contact through contract negotiation.
- Support strategy development to help the office hit growth objectives.
What We're Looking For
- 2–5 years of proven sales experience (construction/spray foam/fiberglass insulation/home improvement experience a plus).
- Strong leadership and self-motivation skills to meet goals independently.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks.
- Comfortable using CRM tools and technology.
- Willing to travel as needed for site visits.
- Ability to work in small spaces (attics/crawlspaces).
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred (not required).
Pay (1099 position)
- Choose between base bonus or high commission-based earnings. (based on experience)
