If you are detail-oriented, a people person, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!Daily Responsibilities:Help set appointments for customers requesting insulationIdentify and measure the exact quantities of materials, labor, and equipment needed for a project by inspecting the subject property (including taking pictures of the job area)Prepare estimates for insulation projectsCreate pre-service checklistCollaborate with the team on project requirementsDevelop scope of work and work with the customers to obtain project approvalCollect deposits from customers and schedule jobsRequired Skills:No experience required but insulation experience is preferredPeople person with confidence and a positive demeanorExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAmbitious attitude with the ability to understand strategic objectives and the tactical goals to get thereMany customers have dogs so you must be able to work around dogsNice to Have Skills:Experience in constructionProficiency in Housecall ProKnowledge of structural design and building constructionAbility to read and interpret blueprintsStrong skills in scope development and biddingDrywall repair skills is desireableSalary and Benefits:This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $48,000 to $60,000, depending on experience.
