Insulation Sales Representative

Insulation Commandos of Kansas City is growing, and we are seeking a driven and motivated Sales Representative to join our team and help drive sales growth. The Insulation Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying and pursuing sales leads, completing estimates in clients homes, building relationships with potential clients, and closing deals to achieve sales targets. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills and be able to work safely and efficiently in client's homes.Responsibilities:Identify and pursue sales leads through a variety of channels, including phone, networking, email, and social mediaComplete in home estimates in attics and crawlspaces, to identify areas of energy loss and create a plan of action for the client to help them combat energy lossBuild and maintain relationships with potential clients and referral sources to drive sales growthNegotiate and close deals to achieve sales targetsCollaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop and implement sales strategiesMaintain accurate records of sales activity and client relationships using a CRM systemStay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to better understand clients' needs and identify new sales opportunitiesQualifications:Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, insulation, construction or a related fieldStrong communication and negotiation skillsAbility to multitask and handle a high-volume workloadProficiency with computer systems and software, such as Microsoft Office and a CRM systemAbility to work independently and meet deadlinesValid Drivers license and working vehicle to travel to appointmentsFluency in English is required; additional language skills are a plusPerks:Competitive Commission-based pay structureMileage ReimbursementRetirement Benefits: We offer a 401(k) with matching, so you can invest in your future while growing with us.Career Growth and development: We believe in promoting from within.
