Insulation & Supply Company is a wholesale tile business seeking a motivated, relationship-driven sales representative to grow and manage our presence within the architect and interior design community across the Midwest.
What You’ll Do
• Prospect and build new relationships with architects, interior designers, and design-build firms across the Midwest
• Manage and grow an existing portfolio of architect and designer accounts
• Present tile products and collections to A&D clients in showrooms, offices, and at project sites
• Serve as a product expert—specifying tile solutions for residential and commercial projects
• Attend one monthly sales meeting in Manitowoc, WI and stay aligned with the team on goals and pipeline
What We’re Looking For
• Background in sales, architecture, interior design, or the building materials industry—all experience levels considered
• Strong relationship-building skills and genuine enthusiasm for working with design professionals
• Self-directed and able to manage your own schedule, territory, and pipeline independently
• Comfortable traveling throughout the Midwest to meet with clients and attend project sites
• An eye for design and ability to communicate product value in a specification-driven context is a plus
