Instylla was founded in 2017 by Incept LLC and is funded by several leading venture capital groups.The companys flagship product, Embrace Hydrogel Embolic System, is FDA-approved for hypervascular tumor embolization and offers controlled, targeted, and persistent embolization.Position Summary:The Area Vice President will play a key role in the overall GTM strategy and be responsible for leading commercial growth, building influential relationships and shaping the launch of a novel liquid embolic to the peripheral embolization space.Job Responsibilities:Prospect and develop relationships with prospective customers, converting them to Instylla customers.Lead account and sales funnel management (VAC process, contracting, account set up, relationship management including purchasing personnel, training) for new account launches.Exceed sales metrics and quota achievement for assigned geographical accounts by driving new account conversions, account penetration and stability of established customers.Focus on driving depth and increasing product utilization through the cultivation of new physician users by building trusting relationships built around consultation, selling, and training them on our innovative products.Understand anatomy of peripheral vasculature with the ability to speak to the intricacies of complex cases as well as industry trends and competitive offerings and strategies.Conduct account management activities such as inventory counts, product support, etc.Delivery of sales presentations focused on product features and benefits to all relevant stakeholders.Conduct in-services and presentations to all health care support staff (including RNs and techs) to ensure physicians and staff are trained in product prep and procedural use.Partner with marketing and commercial operations to optimize customer messaging, GTM activities and sales analytics.Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key opinion leaders, major accounts, and strategic partners.Attend industry trade shows, as assigned and conduct lead follow up.Lead, inspire, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives, fostering a high-performance, results-driven culture.Identify, hire, manage and develop regional sales managers (RSMs) as we scale.Manage sales funnel, KPIs, leading indicators and targeting through consistent business reviews.Conduct field visits to coach, develop and drive sales velocity directly and indirectly.Manage assigned budgets, price and profitability through strong strategic decision making and ROI governance.Qualifications & Requirements:Bachelors degree with a minimum of 7 years sales experience in the medical device or peripheral vascular industries; or an equivalent combination of education and experienceSales management experienceCath lab and/or nursing background desirableAble to comply with hospital credentialing requirementsValid driver's licenseAbility to travel more than 50% of the timeDocumented sales success in establishing new accountsAccomplished in developing strong, trusting relationships with HCPsAbility to manage a large number of accountsSupport strong internal relationshipsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong clinical, technical, and organizational skillsComfortable working in a fast-paced environmentComputer literacyMust reside within the designated Northeast sales region (preferably the New York or Boston area)Working Conditions:Long periods of time working on a computerAbility to lift up to 25lbsFrequent travel (More than 50%)A willingness to work in a hospital settingAbility to stand for extended periods of time while wearing lead protection

Salary : $80,000 - $120,000
