Overview
Insty-Prints is hiring a Customer Service Representative (CSR) with graphic design experience to support our busy print shop. This role combines customer service, print production support, and basic graphic design.
Key Responsibilities
· Assist customers with printing, copying, signage, and marketing materials
· Process orders and manage customer projects from start to finish
· Review and prepare print-ready files (PDFs, bleeds, margins, layout)
· Make basic edits using Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
· Coordinate jobs with production and ensure on-time delivery
Qualifications
· Experience in customer service, print shop, copy center, or sign shop
· Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite / graphic design software
· Strong attention to detail and organization
· Ability to multitask in a fast-paced print production environment
