This is a full-time, on-site position located in Chandler, AZ. As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for servicing, maintaining, and troubleshooting instrumentation, process control systems, and related equipment. Typical tasks include performing installations, repairs, calibrations, and routine maintenance to ensure proper functionality of hardware and software systems. You will liaise with clients to address technical issues and provide operational training when required. The role also involves maintaining detailed service records and ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards.
- Strong technical skills in troubleshooting and maintaining instrumentation, process controls, and valves
- Experience in calibration, diagnostics, and repairs of complex systems
- Understanding of safety standards and compliance within industrial environments
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
- Proficiency in reading technical manuals, schematics, and specifications
- Ability to work independently in the field and manage multiple service calls in a timely manner
- Prior experience in industrial automation and control systems preferred
- A degree or certification in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, Instrumentation, or a related technical discipline is desirable
- Willingness to travel to service client locations within IAC's service regions
