Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage civil engineering projects from concept through completion.
• Collaborate with architects, developers, and construction managers to bring projects to life.
• Apply creativity and technical expertise to a wide range of developments, including:
• Educational campuses
• Residential communities
• Industrial facilities
• Commercial, medical, and institutional sites
• Ensure projects meet quality, budget, and schedule expectations.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil Engineering.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license in good standing in the state of Michigan.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil engineering.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Passion for community impact and thoughtful design.
