Responsibilities
- Develop eye-catching displays using planograms and visual design principles to maximize product visibility and appeal
- Manage stock levels through inventory control, stocking, and merchandising to ensure product availability and freshness
- Coordinate for product deliveries, inventory management, and schematics to optimize sales
- Caring for the plants in the garden center- watering, deadheading, culling.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills coupled with organizational skills to coordinate multiple tasks efficiently
- Knowledge of plant care and health is preferred
- Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Ability to lift, bend, stand to care for deliveries and plants
