Assistant Vice President Loan Servicing
The Institution for Savings is seeking an Assistant Vice President of Loan Servicing to support the servicing of residential and commercial loan portfolios. This role ensures operational effectiveness, regulatory compliance, and high standard of customer service, while serving as an expert for complex loan servicing matters.
Responsibilities:
- Parameter report maintenance
- Investor reporting
- General Ledger reconciliation and resolution
- Set up of purchased/participation loans
- Transaction corrections
- Reviewing daily reports
- Loan OnBoard liaison
- Back up the VP of Loan Operations
- Mentor the servicing team and assist with more complex loan servicing questions.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree from four-year College or University; or one or two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience with loan servicing systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Strong problem-solving and analytic capabilities
- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service skills to effectively resolve customer’s concerns
- Embraces team-oriented culture with leadership potential.
The salary range listed is just one component of the Bank’s total compensation package. Salary Range $80,000-$88,000
