About the Company
Institutes of Health (IOH) is a leader in comprehensive behavioral medicine and medical psychology. As we expand into Burbank, we’re seeking a Senior Partner Relations Associate to help drive strategic growth, deepen referral networks, and strengthen our presence across Los Angeles.
About the Role
A Key requirement: You must have an established book of business in the Los Angeles Workers' compensation market.
We’re looking for someone who already has strong referral relationships with AA firms, TPAs, employers, NCMs, and medical groups—and can activate that network to generate immediate referrals.
Responsibilities
- Lead strategic business development initiatives within the Workers’ Compensation community
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key referral partners
- Negotiate and secure new business opportunities
- Analyze market trends and growth opportunities
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support seamless service delivery
- Mentor junior sales and client relations staff
- Conduct presentations and product demonstrations
- Track performance metrics and refine strategies for maximum impact
Qualifications
- 5 years in business development, client relations, or sales (healthcare or workers’ comp preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree required
Required Skills
- Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills
- Deep understanding of the workers’ comp ecosystem
- Proven track record of managing VIP accounts and driving revenue
- Ability to build strategic outreach expansion plans
- Self-directed but highly collaborative
Pay range and compensation package: $110,000 – $150,000 per year
