We are seeking enthusiastic and experienced Nursing Instructors to join our growing nursing education team. Opportunities may include classroom instruction, skills lab, simulation, and clinical instruction, depending on your qualifications and experience.

What You'll Do
Depending on your assignment, you may:
- Teach and facilitate nursing courses and clinical learning experiences
- Demonstrate and evaluate nursing skills in laboratory and simulation environments
- Supervise and mentor nursing students at clinical sites
- Help students connect classroom concepts to patient care
- Provide meaningful coaching, feedback, and academic support
- Evaluate student progress and clinical competency
- Collaborate with fellow nursing faculty, campus leadership, and clinical partners
- Support students throughout their journey toward becoming professional nurses
Qualifications
Practical Nursing Program
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
Associate Degree in Nursing Program
- Master's degree required
All Nursing Instructor Positions
- Current and active RN license through the Oregon State Board of Nursing
- Minimum of three years of recent clinical nursing experience
- Teaching, preceptor, clinical instructor, or nursing education experience preferred
Experience with skills lab instruction, simulation, competency-based education, classroom teaching, or hybrid learning is also highly valued.
