$40–$50 per hour, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
80 hours of paid time off annually plus holidays that are during work week.
Monthly in-services led by staff that focus on a wide variety of topics.
We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Physical Therapist to provide exceptional one-on-one outpatient care in a supportive, independent clinic environment. We prioritize quality of care over high-volume productivity, fostering a sustainable schedule that promotes excellent work-life balance. Clinic hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with no weekend or on-call requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough initial evaluations, including history-taking, systems review, and objective testing to identify impairments, functional limitations, and goals.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans focused on evidence-based interventions, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, gait training, and patient education.
- Deliver all treatment sessions in a dedicated one-on-one format, ensuring full attention to each patient without concurrent care responsibilities.
- Monitor patient progress and modify plans as needed.
- Provide clear home exercise programs and self-management strategies to support long-term success.
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with regulatory standards and clinic protocols.
- Contribute to a positive clinic culture by supporting colleagues and upholding our commitment to compassionate, patient-first care.
Qualifications
- Current, active Physical Therapist license in the state of Arizona (or eligibility to obtain licensure prior to start date).
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine commitment to building therapeutic relationships.
- Proficiency in manual therapy techniques and a passion for individualized patient care.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team.
