Duties

- Implement change management processes to support organizational growth and employee adaptation.
- Administer employee benefits programs and ensure effective communication of benefits options.
- Utilize data analysis skills to assess HR metrics and improve workforce planning.
- Maintain HR information systems, ensuring accurate employee records.
- Develop and enforce HR policies that align with company goals while promoting a positive work environment.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee relations issues, providing guidance and support as needed.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in human resources management with a strong understanding of HR best practices.
- Familiarity with HR software.
- Strong skills in talent acquisition, change management, data analysis, performance management, and benefits administration.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with employees at all levels.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- A degree in Human Resources Management or a related field is preferred.
