This position requires a willingness to learn, a good amount of energy and the drive to be one of the best at what you do. At IBT, you will personally interview and screen applicants through telephone contact and one-on-one meetings on campus to determine a prospect’s ability, motivation, and commitment to qualify for various career training programs and career placement assistance. We are monitored on our student graduation and career placement rates! Our Admissions team members provide prospective students with an overview of programs offered and a tour of the hands-on classroom and laboratory training programs we provide.
Duties include: Heavy phones, conduct daily interviews of applicants, Full training is provided by a trainer with 25 years of experience. Requirements: - Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred but not required - Solid work ethic - Sales experience a plus - Good communication skills - Desire to help others - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Good customer service skills - Upbeat - energetic personality
