- Support clients with autism and intellectual disabilities in workplaces, schools, and the community
- Facilitate meaningful community connections and volunteer opportunities
- Teach independent living skills and promote adaptive behaviors
- Provide transportation and assist with public transit training
- Encourage client growth in a fun, supportive environment
- Reporting office: Northridge, CA
- Areas throughout San Fernando Valley include: Woodland Hills, Chatsworth, Northridge, North LA, and other surrounding cities
- Monday-Friday, part-time or full-time (8:30 AM-2:30 PM / 9 AM-3 PM); preferred availability 8 AM-5 PM
- No nights or weekends!
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Reliable vehicle, valid CA driver's license, insurance, and clean driving record
- Must be comfortable driving participants/clients in your vehicle
- CPR/First Aid ProAct certification (within 2 weeks of hire; training provided)
- Ability to physically assist clients as needed
- Prior ABA or human services experience is a plus!
