How You Will Help the Team
You will lead the delivery of complex, cross functional initiatives that move Manufacturing Advancement forward. As both Project Manager and Scrum Master, you’ll bring structure, momentum, and transparency to projects that span people, processes, and technology.
Your impact will include:
• Managing projects end to end, from planning through implementation and closeout
• Serving as Scrum Master for agile teams, facilitating ceremonies and supporting continuous improvement
• Coordinating cross functional stakeholders to align scope, timelines, resources, and expectations
• Tracking progress, risks, and dependencies, and clearly communicating status to leadership
• Ensuring projects align with strategic priorities, governance standards, and compliance requirements
Your Knowledge & Expertise
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, project management, operations, or a related field
• Three (3) to seven (7) years of progressive project management experience, preferably in manufacturing or technical environments
• Demonstrated experience leading cross functional teams and managing complex projects
• Hands on experience with Agile/Scrum; Scrum Master certification preferred
• PMP or CAPM certification preferred
• Familiarity with advanced manufacturing technologies, Lean, Six Sigma, or process improvement methodologies a plus
• Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365, Jira, or similar project management tools
