Part-Time Manual Grinder (On-site, Pittsburgh, PA)
Company Overview
Instinct Robotics designs and builds next-generation robotic systems that automate expert-level manufacturing skills such as welding, grinding, and polishing. We are seeking a Part-Time Manual Grinder to join our team and support prototype manufacturing operations.
Responsibilities
Operate and maintain manual grinding equipment for aluminum and steel components.
Collaborate with engineers and supervisors, including ad hoc tasks with hardware engineers.
Maintain a safe, organized work environment.
Schedule
3–5 shifts per week, approximately 5 hours per shift.
Work schedule is planned one week in advance; primarily daytime hours.
Qualifications
At least 1 year of grinding experience preferred.
Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and stand up to 6 hours per shift.
Compensation
$20–$35 per hour, depending on experience level.
