Responsibilities

• Can work closing shifts and afternoons
• Can work weekends as needed
• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and specialty drinks with precision and care.
• Assist in the roasting process by monitoring equipment, managing batches, and maintaining quality standards.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders accurately, and ensuring their satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards across the café, including food handling and preparation areas.
• Support food preparation tasks as needed, including basic food handling and serving

Qualifications

• Previous barista experience 1 year in a coffee shop
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude.
• Ability to manage time efficiently during busy hours while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
