What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior SAP FSCD Business Analyst position at Instaresource?
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
Gather, analyze, document, validate, and secure approval for complex business requirements across
finance functions, with a focus on SAP FS-CD Collections and Disbursements processes.
Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and SAP development, configuration, and
QA teams to ensure accurate solution delivery.
Lead the planning, creation, and execution of comprehensive UAT strategies, optimizing testing
efforts while coordinating with business users.
Maintain deep functional expertise in SAP FS‑CD, including payments, broker reports, account
maintenance, installment plans, dunning, autoclearing, and system integrations.
Support additional initiatives and responsibilities assigned to meet business and project objectives.
TECHNICAL QUALIFICATIONS
7 years of experience in the implementation of SAP financial applications including the Collection
and Disbursement Module (CD) with all sub-components.
5 years of experience within the insurance or financial services industry.
Strong business acumen with the ability to translate complex business needs into effective SAP
solutions.
GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS
Proven success leading cross‑functional requirements workshops and driving consensus among
diverse stakeholder groups.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast‑paced environments while meeting deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present technical concepts to
non‑technical audiences.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
Master’s Degree in Accounting, Finance of Information Systems management /or MBA highly
Pay: $65.00 per hour
