We are seeking an experienced Sr. Construction Superintendent to lead field operations and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. 🔧 Key Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day site operations and supervise subcontractors to ensure contract compliance
- Act as the on-site lead, maintaining professionalism and strong communication across all stakeholders
- Drive productivity, efficient resource utilization, and overall project performance
- Enforce safety standards, conduct safety meetings, and investigate/report incidents promptly
- Coordinate daily/weekly activities through team huddles and progress meetings
- Review project scope, schedules, subcontractor plans, and specifications
- Collaborate with Project Managers on scheduling, staffing, and resource planning
- Maintain accurate project documentation, reports, and progress tracking
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
- Support project closeout and ensure successful handover
✅ Requirements
- 8 years of experience as a Superintendent on industrial construction projects
- Experience managing large, multi-union crews
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent experience
- OSHA 30 certification (preferred)
- MIOSHA training, First Aid/CPR, and Accident Investigation training
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Salary : $80,000 - $130,000
