Job Description:

Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and organized Office Administrator to support daily administrative operations at our Vienna, VA office. This role is ideal for a local candidate who can commute to the office and assist with coordination, documentation, and general office management tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative activities
  • Handle front desk responsibilities including calls, emails, and visitor coordination
  • Maintain and organize office records, files, and documentation
  • Coordinate office supplies, inventory, and vendor communication
  • Assist leadership with reporting, data entry, and basic documentation
  • Ensure smooth communication across internal teams


Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree (preferred)
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities efficiently
  • Must be able to commute and work onsite
