HR Generalist - Toppenish, WA

Bilingual Candidate Required - Spanish & English

We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to join our team in Toppenish, WA. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with the responsibilities of this role for the next 4 to 5 years, as there will be no immediate opportunities for promotion to lead or manager positions.

Salary: $70K - $75K annually, plus benefits

Required Education and Experience:
  • Certification in Human Resources (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR, or other related/accredited certification) is required.
  • 3 to 5 years of progressive experience in human resources.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is a plus.
