Key Responsibilities
- Enterprise Cloud Services: Lead AWS migration, enforce governance, manage disaster recovery, optimize cloud costs.
- Network & Telecommunications: Oversee LAN/WAN, wireless, DNS, load balancing, and modernization of network infrastructure.
- IT Service Desk: Manage service desk KPIs, incident escalation, self-service tools, and automation.
- Infrastructure & Operations: Oversee compute, storage, virtualization, backups, lifecycle management, and compliance.
- Cybersecurity & Compliance: Ensure HIPAA, CMS, and state security compliance; support audits and risk assessments.
- Vendor & Contract Management: Oversee vendors, contracts, procurement, and performance monitoring.
- IT Governance: Establish SOPs, service catalogs, dashboards, and reporting for IT service management.

Required Skills
- 10 years managing enterprise IT operations/infrastructure
- 8 years leadership experience with technical teams
- 2 years AWS cloud management (EC2, S3, IAM, VPC, CloudWatch, Landing Zone)
- 2 years enterprise networking (LAN/WAN, DNS, load balancing, wireless)
- 2 years IT service desk operations
- 2 years vendor management & procurement oversight
- 2 years cybersecurity & compliance frameworks
- Strong communication skills for executive audiences
- Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS/MIS or equivalent
Preferred Skills
- Government IT/Medicaid experience
