We are seeking a Clinical Operations Informatics Specialist to serve as a bridge between clinical staff, Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems, and healthcare data analytics. This role focuses on workflow improvement, clinical data analysis, validation activities, and supporting evidence-based decision-making across healthcare operations

.The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of clinical workflows, healthcare informatics, EHR systems, and clinical data management. This is a highly collaborative, clinical-facing role that works closely with healthcare providers, operational stakeholders, and technical teams responsible for EHR configuration and development

.Key Responsibilitie

sClinical Workflow Analysis and Documentatio

• nAnalyze and document current clinical workflows and operational processes
• .Identify workflow gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement
• .Support standardization of clinical processes across healthcare facilities
• .Develop and maintain comprehensive workflow documentation and recommendations

.Data Extraction, Analysis, and Reportin

• gExtract and analyze data from Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems to support clinical and operational decision-making
• .Validate data accuracy through reconciliation with internal and external data sources
• .Develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations that provide actionable insights to leadership and clinical teams
• .Translate clinical questions and operational needs into meaningful data analyses

.EHR Validation and Testin

• gParticipate in validation and testing of EHR enhancements, updates, and system changes
• .Conduct user-focused testing to ensure system functionality and data integrity
• .Identify and address data quality issues and validation gaps
• .Support implementation and optimization initiatives related to clinical applications and workflows

.Clinical Support and Stakeholder Collaboratio

• nServe as a point of contact for clinical staff regarding EHR-related questions and requests
• .Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including healthcare providers, informatics professionals, analysts, and technical staff
• .Communicate findings, recommendations, and technical concepts effectively to non-technical audiences
• .Support knowledge transfer, process documentation, and continuity of operations

.Required Qualification

• sMinimum 5 years of experience working with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems in a healthcare environment
• .Experience extracting, analyzing, and validating healthcare data from EHR systems
• .Demonstrated experience structuring unstructured clinical data and mapping data elements to standard medical vocabularies
• .Strong understanding of healthcare informatics, clinical terminology, interoperability standards, and healthcare data management practices
• .Experience documenting clinical workflows and translating clinical processes into system requirements
• .Experience validating EHR data through multiple data sources and internal data reconciliation methods
• .Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills
• .Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present findings to clinical and leadership audiences
• .Experience working in multidisciplinary healthcare environments with diverse stakeholder groups

.Preferred Qualification

• sClinical background in nursing, medicine, pharmacy, or another healthcare discipline
• .Experience with clinical informatics, healthcare analytics, or healthcare operations
• .Experience supporting EHR implementation, optimization, or workflow standardization initiatives
• .Experience in correctional healthcare, institutional healthcare, public health, or other complex clinical environments
• .Familiarity with healthcare reporting, data visualization, and performance measurement
