Title: Senior System Administrator – End-User Experience
Location: Raleigh, NC
Contract: 6 Months
On-site position.
Maximum Rate: $35-40/hour all-inclusive (Depending upon interview and experience level)

Join a dynamic IT team providing critical desktop and system support to end-users. This role focuses on End-User Experience Management (EEM), including troubleshooting, software deployment, device provisioning, asset management, and ensuring seamless technology experiences for employees.
Key Responsibilities
Provide expert desktop support, troubleshooting hardware/software issues for technical and non-technical users.
Image and provision new equipment, manage onboarding/offboarding, and track asset inventories.
Install, upgrade, and patch software using security and internal processes.
Document all work activities in ServiceNow and follow asset management procedures.
Test Intune processes, upgrades, and software changes, providing feedback to Tier 3 teams.
Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to resolve technical issues and warranty cases.
Assist in developing team processes, knowledge base, and special projects as needed.
Required Qualifications
5 years of experience in desktop support, customer service, and Windows OS/M365.
5 years of experience with imaging, provisioning, and managing PC hardware.
5 years of strong organizational skills for tracking onboarding, shipping, and asset management.
Experience with ServiceNow, Intune, MECM, Active Directory, Tanium, and Beyond Trust (3 years).
Basic knowledge of Macintosh Apple devices with a willingness to learn.
Strong communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Preferred Skills
Experience with EEM tools and processes.
Familiarity with asset management and billing procedures.
