Job Title: Managed Care Contract Negotiator (Hybrid)
Location: Hybrid – Charlotte, NC (must reside in Central or Eastern Time Zone)
Type: Full-time, Direct Hire
Key Responsibilities
- Negotiate and manage high-value provider and vendor contracts (fee-for-service and value-based) with large hospital systems, including ancillary, professional services, and behavioral health.
- Collaborate with external departments on contract language, pricing, and RFIs; enter contract data in Salesforce.
- Conduct low-spend and rate analyses; develop financial and operational reports.
- Lead meetings with health plans and executive teams to review performance data, scorecards, and strategy.
- Initiate corrective actions or modifications; coordinate with internal teams and local health plans.
Requirements
- 6 years in vendor/provider contract negotiations, analysis, or modeling in healthcare or a related field.
- Experience negotiating with Medicare/Medicaid line of business and government programs (preferred).
- Track record of successful contract outcomes and strong financial impact.
- Able to present negotiation strategies to senior leaders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proficiency with Salesforce; strong market research and analytical skills.
- Willingness to travel for onsite visits as needed; valid NC driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Daily work will be remote. Candidates must reside in either Central or Eastern time zone to be considered. Will be required to go into the office locations within Greensboro, and other areas within the state of North Carolina monthly and as needed. Candidates will be required to be available for onsite visits with providers on an as needed basis. A local driver's license is required as well as reliable transportation.

Compensation
- 8% annual bonus potential (based on performance and company results, not guaranteed).
