Job Title: Genetec Application Support Analyst – Facilities Access Control System (FACS)

Location: Raleigh, NC (Remote, must reside in NC)

Employment Type: Contract 12 Months

Rate: $30-35/hr

We are seeking a highly skilled Genetec Application Support Analyst to join our team supporting the Facilities Access Control System (FACS) and Genetec solutions. This is a senior-level position responsible for incident and change management, operations, and maintenance of FACS, ensuring seamless business support and compliance with SLAs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert-level support for Genetec FACS and related enterprise applications.
• Lead incident management and assist with change management processes.
• Collaborate with IT teams to troubleshoot, triage, and resolve application issues.
• Support software solution delivery using SDLC methodologies.
• Document technical initiatives, system flows, and customer requirements.
• Develop and maintain knowledge base articles and technical documentation.
• Contribute to test strategies, test cases, and user acceptance testing.
• Work cross-functionally with IT disciplines to coordinate support activities.
• Communicate progress and status updates to stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3 years of experience in distributed software environments.
• Proven experience with Genetec, FACS, or similar access control systems.
• ServiceNow or equivalent help desk experience preferred.
• Strong documentation, communication, and analytical skills.
• Basic knowledge of SQL, SDLC, and Microsoft Office tools.
• Must reside in North Carolina for the duration of the engagement.
