Instant is building the world’s first AI-powered marketing manager, allowing ecommerce brands to run their marketing on autopilot. We generate over 30% of a brands annualised revenue today, and we’re on the ambitious mission to become just as important as Meta for an ecommerce brand. After raising $30M to date from Blackbird, Hummingbird, Hubspot, etc we are in an exciting hyper-growth phase, expanding the business by over $1M in new revenue every month. We have 4 products in market, entering and hiring in new global regions, raised $30M by top VC’s, and we want you to be a critical part of scaling this velocity even further!


As an Account Executive on our Customer Growth team in New York, you’ll work closely with our fastest-growing customers. These brands already trust us and your job is to turn that trust into bigger wins by expanding them into more Instant products, further usage, and revenue. You’ll run the full commercial cycle end to end, working side by side with Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to turn product adoption into real business impact. This is a high ownership, high growth role for someone who wants to build, close, and scale accounts that are already primed to win with Instant.


What You’ll Do:

  • Drive deeper product adoption so customers generate more revenue through Instant.
  • Grow monthly recurring revenue per account by selling additional Instant SKUs and usage.
  • Partner with Customer Success to identify expansion opportunities, then coordinate effective meetings with the appropriate external stakeholders.
  • Own the full expansion sales cycle: discovery, demo, commercial negotiation, onboarding, and close.
  • Lead annual contract negotiation and renewals.
  • Build strong executive relationships across each account to align Instant to their growth priorities.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, demonstrating how Instant’s platform delivers measurable value.
  • Consistently exceed targets by closing upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities within key accounts.


What You’ll Bring:

  • Proven experience in enterprise B2B SaaS, MarTech, or E-Commerce SaaS, with a strong track record of closing complex deals.
  • Comfortable managing larger, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and motivated by ambitious goals
  • Collaborative, low ego, and open to feedback.
  • Confident in outbound prospecting and networking to generate enterprise opportunities.
  • Navigate complex organisations with agility, delivering solutions that create measurable results and lasting impact.

Salary : $110,000 - $130,000
