Position: Tax Manager

Salary: $120K/yr - $150K/yr Benefits

Full-Time Role/Direct-Hire

Job Description:

• Review partnership, corporate, fiduciary, tax-exempt and individual tax returns; inclusive of multistate and foreign filings
• Strategize with partner and clients to provide innovative tax planning, consulting, and compliance 
• Management of clients’ engagements to ensure tax returns, extensions, planning and all relevant filings are completed and filed by deadlines
• Manage Senior/Staff/Associate Accountants in preparing monthly/quarterly/annual closings, sales tax returns, and other tax forms as well as the above returns listed
• Manage and facilitate tax audits including responding to tax notices corresponding with auditors and organizing client files
• Tax research related to client transactions/tax situations and/or changes in tax law

• Bachelor’s Degree with major in Accounting
• • Master’s Degree highly preferred
  • CPA Licensed or pending licensure
• Knowledge of or previous experience working with ProSystem Tax or OneSource Trust Tax is a plus
