Position Summary:
We’re hiring an Ecommerce Inventory Prep Associate to help us process, prepare, and pack orders with precision and care. You’ll work hands-on in our fulfillment center, managing inventory, picking and packing items, inspecting products, and ensuring each shipment meets quality standards and client deadlines.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys fast-paced work, values accuracy, and takes pride in supporting small and medium-sized e-commerce businesses.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Order Fulfillment: Pick and pack bulk orders accurately and efficiently.
- Inventory Management: Retrieve, organize, and manage stock to fulfill orders in a timely manner.
- Quality Control: Inspect products before shipping to ensure they meet our standards.
- Labeling & Documentation: Attach shipping labels, packing slips, and required paperwork.
- Productivity Goals: Work efficiently to meet daily performance targets while maintaining quality.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate clearly with supervisors and teammates to maintain smooth workflows.
- Computer Skills: General computer skills will be required and a large portion of you day to day.
What We’re Looking For:
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work on your feet and lift up to 50 lbs if needed
- Comfortable using basic warehouse tools and scanning devices
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Prior experience in e-commerce or warehouse environments is a plus, but not required
