Experience and Requirements
- Experience as a DCW Worker
- Experience in personal care or geri-care/ hospital rehabilitation facilities
- Experience in memory or hospice care settings
- Experience with individuals with complex behavioral needs
- Required: Ability to commute through out Genesee County or to/from assignments.
- Experience with individuals with complex behavioral needs
Skills
- Strong communication
- Ability build rapport with clients
- Charting/ Monitoring clients precisely
- Bedside manners
- Procedural knowledge of ADLs
- CPR Certification (Required)
- A recent TB Test or Screener Result (Preferred)
- Heavy lifting/ mobility assistance/ Hoyer Operation
Job Responsibilities
Case assignments are catered to the needs of the client and capabilities of the provider, are subject to change accordingly.
