Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Oil Change Technician and Lot Attendant to join our automotive service team. This role involves performing oil changes, vehicle detailing, vehicle inspections, and basic maintenance tasks while providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have experience with automotive repair and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Prior dealership or service technician experience is a plus. Duties
- Perform oil changes
- Conduct tire, fluid, and cleanliness checks
- Starting vehicles multiple times a week
- Detailing all vehicles
- Cleaning the office and trash removal
- Shoveling snow in winter and cutting grass in summer
- Inspect vehicles for mechanical issues and communicate findings to management
- Maintain cleanliness of the service area and ensure tools are properly stored
- Support the lot by organizing and moving vehicles safely around the dealership or service center
- Perform heavy lifting as required for maintenance tasks
Requirements
- Previous dealership experience, automotive repair, or mechanic experience preferred
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and automotive service equipment
- Mechanical knowledge related to oil changes
- Strong customer service skills with a professional attitude
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks regularly
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to work efficiently in a team environment and follow safety protocols

Compensation
- Pay is based on experience
- Additional compensation per oil change can be negotiated.
Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35.0 – 40.0 per week
