Are you an energetic self-starter looking to launch a career in business? We are seeking a dynamic individual to manage 3 TikTok accounts, 3 Facebook/Meta Business pages, and lead internal improvement projects.
This role blends creative marketing with hands-on business experience. You will travel 2–3 days a week to our Blytheville and West Memphis locations to film content and support our sales and collections teams. We provide full training in sales, collections, and direct mentorship in marketing and project management.
Responsibilities
- Social Media: Own the growth, content creation, and community engagement for 3 TikTok and 3 Facebook pages.
- Content Travel: Travel 2–3 days/week to regional branches to shoot engaging video content and support local staff.
- Project Management: Identify, plan, and execute branch improvement projects from start to finish.
- Operations Support: Train and assist on-the-ground with sales and collections to deeply understand our business model.
Compensation & Bonus Structure
On top of your $12.50 base pay, your earning potential includes:
- Sales Commission: Earn 10% of the Down Payment for every sale you make.
- Sales Bonuses: Cash rewards for hitting monthly goals set based on your schedule.
- Project Management Bonuses: Payouts tied to achieving project checkpoints and final completion.
- Marketing Bonuses: Extra incentives based on follower growth, interactivity, and your views-to-sales conversion rate.
Requirements
- High-energy, outgoing personality with a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle for regional travel.
- Proficiency with TikTok, Facebook/Meta Business Suite, and video editing.
- Strong organizational skills to balance content schedules and project timelines.
