Overview
The Installation Quality Analyst supports the standardization and continuous improvement of installation service operations across North America. This role is responsible for monitoring installation quality performance, managing KPI reporting, supporting operational processes, and coordinating with internal teams, customers, and business partners to ensure consistent service quality and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
1. Installation Quality Management
- Support installation quality programs and KPI management
- Monitor and analyze installation quality data through dashboards
- Prepare weekly/monthly KPI reports and manage operational performance status
- Analyze NPS/VOC data and identify improvement opportunities
- Support quality issue management and risk prevention activities
2. Standardization & Process Support
- Support management of installation processes and operational standards
- Maintain and update installation manuals, work guides, and checklists
- Manage installation standards based on global guidelines and U.S. local regulations
- Support standardization of installation processes (Pre-Call → Installation → Post Check)
3. Training & Field Support
- Support installation technician operations, including uniforms, business cards, and operational supplies
4. Partner & Communication Management
- Coordinate quality and operational meetings with customers and Korea HQ
- Manage communication and operational status with business partners
- Manage installation material supply and settlement processes
- Track operational data, issues, and follow-up actions
Required Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience in operations management, quality management, logistics, or service operations
- Strong Excel and data management skills
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Strong problem-solving mindset with interest in operational improvement
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing KPI dashboards and reporting
- Experience in installation, logistics, or service operations
- Experience using ERP systems
- Bilingual in Korean and English preferred - verbal and written
