Position Summary:
We are seeking a reliable, hardworking Residential Garage Door Installer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and takes pride in delivering excellent workmanship. Experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right individual.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install residential garage doors, openers, and related hardware according to company standards
- Troubleshoot and repair garage door issues on-site
- Ensure proper operation and safety of installed products
- Communicate professionally with customers and team members
- Maintain a clean and organized work vehicle and job site
- Adhere to safety protocols and company policies
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Mechanical aptitude and basic power tool experience
- Ability to lift 75 lbs and work on ladders
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Prior garage door installation or construction experience is a plus
