What are the responsibilities and job description for the Flooring Installation Manager position at Installation Services, LLC?
POSITION;
Translates the plans and specifications of the assigned work order to a completed project. This role works hand in hand with, as well as oversees, the work of the Flooring Installation Specialists to ensure work is performed correctly. In addition, the Manager supports effective communication with the customer to answer installation related questions and escalate all concerns appropriately to ensure complete customer satisfaction. This role works directly under the Vice President. Flooring installation experience necessary. $20 per hour to start.
Duties and Responsibilities:
The Installation Manager oversees, scheduling, reviews the installation, and ensures quality installations.
Must have valid Driver's License.
Basic Mathematical skills.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills.
· Ability to lift 50 LBS.
· Ability to travel independently throughout DETROIT and the surrounding areas.
· Willingness to undertake training as necessary.
· Basic computer literacy including, but not limited to, use of calendars, word documents, email.
· Ability to use a camera and upload pictures.
· Commitment to customer service.
· Ability to work on a team.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
