Cable and Other Things Too, Inc. (CAOTTI) is a nationally recognized satellite and broadband contractor built on decades of proven industry leadership. As an Authorized DISH Retailer and certified Starlink fulfillment partner, we support some of the country’s leading connectivity platforms delivering next-generation satellite and smart home technology. With active operations across multiple southeastern states, CAOTTI is expanding its Nashville field team to meet growing demand in today’s AI-driven broadband era.
We are hiring 4–6 independent contractors (1099 position) to install Starlink satellite internet and advanced smart home systems.
This is a contractor role, not hourly employment. Technicians operate as 1099 independent contractors, meaning you control your schedule and are paid per completed work.
This opportunity offers steady work volume in a growing skilled trade — satellite broadband, connected home technology, and modern residential infrastructure.
No experience required. Paid training provided for the right candidates.

You will complete professional residential installations, maintain clean workmanship, and educate customers before closing each job.

- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work at heights
- Ability to pass background and drug screening
