The Regional Manager will be responsible for managing of the Account Support Manager, Field Manager, and installation crews. The Regional Manager will also be responsible for managing the relationships with the client accounts in the markets they support with the expectation of growing market share in those areas.Role and Responsibilities Manage client relationships on a district and regional level Provide in store and field training for clients with the local Field Manager On board training for new installation teams Manage installation crew capacity to meet market needs Manage internal and external metrics to meet company and client goalsQualifications and Education Requirements 3 to 5 years of progressive management experience (construction/retail preferred) Ability to work autonomously Ability to manage and improve business based on metric and KPIs Customer service experiencePreferred Skills Prior door and window installation experience Retail Management Experience Ability to remain calm under pressure and de-escalate situations
