Graphic Designer / Production Artist

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Graphic Designer / Production Artist to join our creative team. In this role, you will transform concepts into visually compelling designs that elevate our brand presence across digital and print platforms. You will collaborate closely with SALES , marketing teams, and clients to produce high-quality visual content that aligns with strategic goals. Your expertise in digital art, branding, and production design will ensure that every project is executed flawlessly from concept to final output. Duties

• Develop and refine visual assets including logos, branding materials, digital graphics, and print advertisements using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other industry-standard tools like Figma, Sketch, and CorelDRAW.
• Prepare production-ready artwork for sign manufacturing, packaging, promotional items, and large-format printing while adhering to color management standards and layout specifications.
• Collaborate with art directors and marketing teams to create compelling motion graphics and video content using Adobe After Effects and video editing software.
• Assist in UI/UX design projects by producing layout designs, wireframes, and prototypes using InVision or similar tools for web and mobile applications.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously by maintaining organized files, version control, and clear documentation throughout the creative process.
• Support photo manipulation, photo retouching, and digital photography efforts to enhance visual storytelling.
• Contribute to content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress by updating website visuals and ensuring consistency across digital platforms.

Experience

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or Production Artist with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in digital art, branding, logo design, and layout design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), along with familiarity with motion graphics tools like After Effects.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript is a plus for web design projects; understanding of content management systems such as WordPress is highly desirable.
• Experience with sign manufacturing processes or large-format printing is beneficial.
• Strong understanding of color theory, typography, visual design principles, and print production workflows.
• Excellent presentation skills with the ability to communicate ideas clearly to clients and team members.

Pay: $24.00 - $29.00 per hour
