Responsibilities
- Engage with customers through outside sales leads that are provided to you by the company to identify the customer's home improvement goals.
- Demonstrate products and remodeling materials effectively to highlight features and benefits.
- Negotiate pricing, upsell additional services or products, and close sales confidently while maintaining excellent customer service standards.
- Manage account relationships by following up on leads, tracking sales progress, and ensuring customer satisfaction after installation.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote high-end sales initiatives and participate in merchandising efforts to showcase our product offering.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in outside sales sales within renovation, construction, or interior design sectors is highly preferred.
- Excellent negotiation skills combined with the ability to upsell products and services effectively.
- Exceptional communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence and organizational skills to manage multiple accounts efficiently.
- Basic math skills for estimating costs and preparing proposals accurately
- Ability to work both independently in outside sales environments and collaboratively within a team setting.
