Canvassing Manager – Home Improvement Sales

Install America is looking for an experienced, high-energy Canvassing Manager to build, develop, and lead our door-to-door canvassing department.

This is not just a canvassing position — We are looking for a leader and department builder who knows how to recruit people, develop talent, create a winning culture, and consistently generate quality appointments for a high-performing home improvement sales team.

As we continue to expand, we’re looking for the right leader to help build one of the premier canvassing departments in the region.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:

* Recruit, hire, train, and develop a team of canvassers
* Build the canvassing department from the ground up
* Conduct daily meetings, training sessions, and role-playing
* Train canvassers on scripts, objections, and appointment-setting techniques
* Work alongside your team in the field and lead by example
* Manage territories, neighborhoods, and daily canvassing assignments
* Track individual and team performance
* Hold canvassers accountable to activity and production standards
* Create a competitive, positive, high-energy team culture
* Develop new canvassers into consistent producers
* Work directly with branch leadership to achieve weekly and monthly goals
* Take ownership of the overall growth and performance of the department

Who We’re Looking For:

The ideal candidate has previous experience in door-to-door canvassing and team management, preferably within:

* Home Improvement
* Roofing
* Windows & Doors
* Solar
* Siding
* Bath Remodeling
* Pest Control
* Security
* Other door-to-door sales organizations

We are especially interested in candidates who have previously recruited and built their own canvassing team.

Compensation:

$100,000 earning potential

Compensation includes:

* Weekly Base Pay
