This is a full-time hybrid role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist, based in Worcester, MA, with flexibility for some remote work. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage the full lifecycle of recruitment, from sourcing and attracting talent to onboarding new hires. Responsibilities will include coordinating recruitment processes, building strong employer branding strategies, conducting interviews, and fostering relationships with candidates. The role will require collaboration with internal teams to meet staffing demands and ensure the company attracts top-tier talent.

• Experience with Full-cycle Recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding processes
• Strong skills in Employer Branding, Hiring, and candidate engagement strategies
• Proficiency in conducting structured, informed, and effective interviews
• Ability to manage recruitment strategies and execute hiring goals efficiently
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships
• Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools is preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is a plus
• Previous experience in recruitment roles within the travel or educational services industry is advantageous
