Insta Print is seeking a motivated individual to fill a full-time Graphic Artist position.
Insta Print is a well-established business in Poplar Bluff, MO. Since opening in 1986, we have built a strong foundation of loyal customers and pride ourselves on providing quick, reliable service—from copies and faxing to full-color, offset, and black-and-white printing.
While a degree in Graphic Arts is not required, relevant experience is preferred. The selected candidate will be responsible for designing print materials, operating Xerox digital presses, and preparing poly plates for our pressroom.
This role also includes direct customer interaction, requiring strong customer service skills to understand client needs, provide recommendations, and ensure satisfaction with the final product. The candidate will assist customers both in person and over the phone in a professional and friendly manner.
Additional responsibilities include bindery and finishing work such as cutting, folding, collating, laminating, and assembling completed print jobs to ensure a polished final product.
The candidate will also be responsible for accurately inputting job orders into our system, which requires basic math skills for calculating quantities, sizing, pricing, and layout specifications.
Attention to detail is essential, along with the ability to stay organized, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. At times, the designer will work closely with customers to bring their vision to life.
Proficiency in InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Adobe Acrobat is required. We are looking for a self-starter who is also a team player, with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
