High-visibility rebrand of our loyalty program during peak season (Black Friday/holiday). A senior external creative will deliver the logo and core look; you'll extend and systematize it across web, email, paid media, and in-store signage. You'll partner closely with a dedicated copywriter and work primarily in Adobe XD (we're migrating to Figma, but this project is expected to run in XD).

What You'll Do
- Translate an established brand system into precise, multi-channel layouts (web/email/paid/in-store) with clear specs and handoff.
- Build and maintain component libraries, templates, and documentation; enforce consistency across breakpoints and channels.
- Produce production-ready files for dev/marketing/print partners and support QA for accuracy.
- Work timeline-first in a fast-paced, peak-season environment; keep versions clean and organized.
- Collaborate with the copywriter and stakeholders; incorporate feedback without derailing schedules.
- 4-7 years in UX/UI or product/marketing design with shipped work across web lifecycle/email paid retail signage.
- Adobe XD expertise; solid Figma literacy (components, variants, auto-layout, libraries).
- Proven experience rolling out a rebrand within an established design system (not a conceptual branding role).
- Exceptional detail orientation: spacing, grids, type scales, states, accessibility basics, file hygiene.
- Comfortable navigating larger orgs/systems and working quickly without sacrificing precision.
- Retail or e-commerce experience.
- Knowledge of paid media spec nuances and print signage production basics.
- A precision-driven craftsperson who observes first, asks smart questions, and gets the system right.
- Humble, respectful, and collaborative, you'll take in the existing design work rather than critique on day one.
