Title; Technical Writer
Location: Remote
Technical Documentation Responsibilities
2-3 years experience as a technical writer looking to grow in their career
1. New Technical Documentation
Develop clear, detailed documentation for product features, including:
User guides
Integration manuals and guides
Release notes
2. Refine Existing Documentation
Review, refine, and edit existing documentation to ensure:
Consistency with new documentation
Accuracy and clarity
Content is current and up to date
3. Demos
Create short demos or walkthroughs to supplement written documentation and support product understanding and training.
Collaboration
This role requires close cross-collaboration with Product, Tech, and Integration teams to ensure all documentation is accurate, aligned, and approved.
