System Engineer / Administrator

Title : Systems Engineer / Administrator

Location : Orlando, FL- Hybrid (2-3 Days Onsite)

Pay Range : $40-50 / hr

Duration : 6 -12 Month Contract

Work Requirements : Authorization to work in the United States as a W-2 employee

Skillset / Experience :

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server 2008R-2019 and its roles and features.
• In-Depth experience with virtualized infrastructure (Hyper-V / VMWare)
• Lead and integrate capabilities of a multi-service provider environment consisting of internal, external, and contract services to the design, implementation, and serving of internal systems architecture
• Engineer domain configuration, security configuration, and authentication services in the M365 tenant.
• Merge domains, e-mail configurations, and other Microsoft services from other M365 tenants
• Lead projects and initiatives like SSO, MFA, cloud application integration, server migrations and decommissioning
• Recommend, install, configure, maintain, and upgrade computer and server software and hardware for use in corporate and remote offices and data center environments.
• Establish SLAs and OLAs with peers, solution providers, business, and customers
• Identifies, understands, and plans for organizational and human impacts of systems, and ensures business requirements are properly documented and integrated with existing processes, services, solutions, and skill sets.
• Create KPIs for services and systems as necessary to drive continuous improvement
• Provide advanced technical support for desktop, server & networking issues
• Cultivate a positive and effective team environment to provide consistent and excellent service
• Mentor peers and other technical engineers
• Excellent understanding of O365 cloud administration
• Requires a thorough knowledge of both on-premise and cloud
• Cloud and data center disaster recovery
• Strong analytical abilities and professional office experience needed
