INSPYR Solutions is looking for a driven, relationship-focused sales professional to grow key accounts in the Fort Lauderdale / Miami, FL market. Grow target accounts by building relationships, identifying new opportunities, and expanding our footprint.
Partner with recruiting and delivery teams to develop solutions that meet client needs.
Build relationships with key decision-makers, including hiring managers, HR, procurement, and executive stakeholders.
Lead client meetings, negotiate contracts, and drive revenue growth.
Stay close to the market to identify new opportunities and strengthen client partnerships.
At least 2 years of successful IT staffing sales experience, ideally with a leading staffing or solutions firm.
Experience managing client relationships and selling IT staffing solutions; Professional Services experience is a plus.
Strong relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills.
A proactive, high-energy approach and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-facing role.
Experience with MSP/VMS programs or implementation partners is a plus.
