We're seeking an experienced Senior Manager of Product Management to lead our Data & Analytics (D&A) initiatives and manage a team of four product managers. This high-impact role will drive strategy, execution, and adoption of internal and customer-facing data products, including advanced analytics and AI/ML capabilities.
The ideal candidate brings a strong foundation in product management, deep understanding of data science applications in business, and the ability to champion AI, ML, and LLM solutions. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally to shape roadmaps, deliver innovative solutions, and establish scalable, agile processes.
Key Responsibilities
Team & Process Leadership
- Lead and mentor a team of four Product Managers, fostering collaboration and growth.
- Co-lead the development and enforcement of SDLC/Agile best practices across all of D&A, including establishing KPI’s across the organization.
- Serve as a D&A ambassador, evangelizing the value of data across internal business units.
- Define and evolve the roadmap for data, analytics, and AI/ML products.
- Work with business sponsors and stakeholders to gather requirements and align roadmaps.
- Translate strategic goals into actionable, data-powered initiatives.
- Partner with Data Engineering, BI, and Data Science teams to estimate and deliver D&A products.
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle—from discovery and definition through launch and optimization.
- Work with UX to deliver intelligent tools (dashboards, recommendation systems, automation, etc.).
- Align closely with cross-functional teams (Sales, Compliance, Customer Success) to gather insights and support adoption.
- Ensure product initiatives address user needs while meeting business objectives.
- Conduct user research and market analysis to identify data and AI opportunities.
- Benchmark against competitors and monitor AI/ML trends to guide innovation.
- 10 years of product management experience, with 2 years in analytics, data, or AI/ML roles.
- Proven ability to scale data platforms and deliver AI-powered product features in SaaS environments.
- Deep command of product management principles with strong technical fluency.
- Experience applying data science to real-world business problems and advocating for modern solutions (e.g., AI/ML, LLMs).
- Strong communicator and collaborator, able to bridge business and technical teams effectively.
- Prior experience in financial services or SaaS environments is a plus.
Reports to a Director or Executive level position.
